New Premises update

We expect that the house to which the Diocese of Chelmsford has invited us to move offices will  become available next week.

It is a substantial house not far from the Town Centre with a large  garden. It will be suitable for the office and for many groups to take place. There are two rooms  where about 15-20 people can gather as well as a kitchen and dining room.

Abbeyfields Community Project

Mark and Naomi Snelling will begin a once a month Sunday gathering at Abbeyfields Community Project on Sunday 5 March at 10.30am. We want to bless them in their explorations, so that they bring Jesus’ blessing to their community.

Marriage course

The Marriage Course is a series of seven sessions, designed to help couples invest in their relationship and build a strong marriage. The teaching is provided on video and couples are given space to discuss their relationship on their own. There is no group discussion but there is excellent hospitality and support. Jon and Sandra Butcher will be hosting a new course in the spring. Call Jon on 07727 154 228 for info.

New premises

David and Janie Beales have inspected a multi-roomed house owned by the Diocese of Chelmsford which will become available for DNA to use from April. We can stay on in Abbeygate Two until mid April at least.

The new house will accommodate all DNA’s Monday–Saturday activities, except for the Integration Through Language Classes. These classes will probably take place in a hall in the Town Centre- but this is still being negotiated.

The house has two good size meeting rooms downstairs as well as a kitchen and dining room. There is room for 4 offices upstairs and a small space for prayer or meetings of two or three.
