Bridgeway

The shop will be moving out of the former Jacks store this week. We hope that the stock will be moved into an upstairs room on St John’s St, an empty property that is rent and rates free. However, the timing will be somewhat tight and stock may need to be stored temporarily.

Congratulations!

To Steve Lawton on his new job in Exeter… and for helping to enable Korban to win £20,000 bid    from Colchester Community Fund. We will miss, but will send you with prayers and blessings!!  Also to Julie  Bishop and  Enoch Kunarajah who have both been appointed to part time jobs recently.

DNA FC

We always invite the players for breakfast when there is a home game. Everybody is welcome for the pre-match breakfasts at 9.00am and to support the team when they play.

We will gather  for breakfast at Abbeygate Two at 9am on Saturday April 1st before a Cup Semi-Final at 10.30  against Redeemed Christian Church of God from Chelmsford.

On Saturday 8th April, the last  ever breakfast gathering at Abbeygate Two will welcome Peter Allen as speaker. Peter was a chaplain at Sheffield United before moving to Essex; he will be speaking about “What does Jesus  have to do with football?”  The final home match of the season will be on April 29th with breakfast at the new premises.
